Image formats and limitations

Analyses can be performed on any images which are:

• in PNG or JPEG format,
• 5MB or less in file size,
• no shorter than 40px on their shortest side,
• no longer than 2000px on their longest side.

We strongly recommend analyzing PNG images instead of JPEGs, since the lossy compression typically employed in JPEGs can cause undesirable prediction artifacts.

If your analysis requirements fall outside these criteria, our predictions would unlikely be accurate, but we'd still love to hear from you about your specific use-case and see what we may be able to do.
